Quality Guarantee.

As the owner of Journey.Discover., I want nothing more than for you to love your order! Each item is carefully photographed and designed by me and printed on a made-to-order basis.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a quality issue, please get in touch with me within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product in its original condition and packaging. If the claim is validated and approved, I’ll happily arrange a replacement.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.

Colour Consistency.

The professional print partners behind the products at Journey.Discover. make every effort to minimise colour variations. However, exact matches can’t always be guaranteed due to variations in printer calibration, materials, and screen display settings.

Slight differences in colour, brightness, or saturation are considered normal and not defects.

Returns.

Because each item is made-to-order especially for you, Journey.Discover., generally does not accept returns or exchanges simply for change of mind, size, or design preference.

If you’d like to discuss a potential return (with you covering postage and handling costs), please reach out to shop@journeydiscover.com within 30 days of delivery. I’ll review your situation and, if possible, offer a partial refund or replacement at my discretion.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived and appears to be lost in transit, please contact me within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. I’ll work with my print partner to investigate and ensure you receive your order or a suitable replacement.
